Its like an online television which displays a predefined video. Generally when company arranging for the Webcast, they are targeting the known audience. Its an another form of conference. Now a days webinar are taking more heat for supporting the group of people to solve problems. It requires the techonology to accomodate the speaker and listener.

Generally various software like live meeting, goto meeting, etc. are taking place interms of video confersing. So it reduces the cost of men power and arrangement. This thing is widely popular in giving solutions to client or gathering clients for your product or promotions.

Second step for any marketing campaign is to gather customer and promote your product. As SEO gives capability to attract the customer to visit your website. Same way, email campaign will target the suitable customers and attracts them to go on your website.

To get the jump start of your email marketing and getting good throughput, follow the following steps.

1. Create a simple but attractive web page.
Which contains goals, products and its functionality, background and advantage of customers.

2. To the Point talk.
Which gives a direct intention, what you are talking about and purpose of the Email.

3. Keep track of your email Publishing.
Which gives a idea of successful marketing or fail of campaign. So you can change your campaign at anytime or put more resources.

4. Create goals.
Divide result of your email marketing in a certain goals. like
i. Open an email
ii. Click on email to connect to your product.
iii. Successfully move from mail to your website.
iv. Purchase the product or services that you are offering.
These are the four steps ( milestones ) for successful marketing. So you can evaluate how many are going up to goal (i) and ending up to goal (iv).

5. Evaluate your mail technology.
Before starting email campaign, need to check your technology. Which means you have to check your ISP settings, your server settings, Email settings related with Imap and pop3.

6. Create a perfect list for the targeted audience.
Don't put any list for sending your emails. Choose your suitable audience to get your mail. In case of any wrong list, most of the mail providers are consider as a SPAM. So it will be deliver in SPAM. And as per survey, 65% people will delete their spam without seeing it.

7. Check your Email Web page settings.
Check out your emails in different mail providers. Like Yahoo, GMail, MSN, Hotmail, Live, AOL, Comcast etc are using their own standards to show pages in emails. So your beautiful looking page will not look beautiful in yahoo or some search engine. So design your email page to suit in all the major mail providers.

Internet Marketing - SEO, First Step

As discussed in a earlier post, overview of Internet marketing, there are so many methods available to target your suitable market. One of them is SEO.

To implement and retain this method is free but it takes time to be effective. Designer/developer requires knowledge about the basic knowledge of website design. SEO is the way to tell various search engines about existence of your website. So visitor can able to recognise your website while searching on search engines.

A website must have to follow basic rules of search engine optimization which are as below.

1) Include proper Meta tags.
Meta tags include two part name as name and Content.In name portion we can include description, keywords, robots, http-equiv, author, copyright, distribution etc. And in content portion we can include description related with suitable topic.

2) Give Proper tags/name/keyword on each Images, Pictures, Icons.

3) Check Spellings before publishing any website or Web Pages.

4) Do not give any hide links to your page.

5) Create Site map to your website

6) Do not put any broken links which are not available or existing on that Web Pages.

7) Do not use any offensive topic/links on your Web Pages which cause you to put in different category of search engines.

8) Create more content on your home/landing page related with your website.

9) Check your website ( at least landing page ) to meet the criteria specified by various web standards. Like W3C validates. Test your website before publish and correct the errors.w3c validate

10) Submit your website to Open directory Project.
It is also recognized as a DMOZ. So any search engine, who will take the website structure from the ODP, they can get the proper name. And make sure that you can give a full description regarding your website while submitting your website. Use this link to submit it to dmoz.

11) Create a site map related to your website and submit it to the google and other search engines. Generally site map is in XML, but some search engine also took site map in txt format.You are not able to find the exact time that your website will be crawl by any search engine, but whenever happened it will give the result by increasing your page ranking.

These are the basic requirement for any search engine to crawl the website. And then depending upon the content and design of your website, search engine list in its directory and then basis upon crawler result it will be display.

Internet marketing or Online marketing is the way to get your suitable customer at your desk. To run or handle your Internet marketing campaign, you need to understand and follow the basic behaviour of Internet market and technology.

To best of my knowledge, I have provided certain information which will be useful for any business to understand and execute their own online campaign on their finger tips.

Step 1. Gather Information as per Demography.

To get effective campaign, you need a matching data as per your campaign. For example if you are marketing toys campaign and your targeted demography are above age 13 that would be fail. so choose Right Demography as per marketing campaign.

There are certain marketing tools/companies available to help any new business to grow. Some are money oriented and some are goal oriented.

Step 3 : Create a specific budget and have a close eye on the campaign to decide your strategy. [Marketing Tools]

Create a specific budget as per your marketing campaign. And use various technology to track your each campaign.

For example, google AdWords, google analytics, link mapper, traffic analytics etc.

Step 4 : Revisit your campaign as per its performance.

consider the existing data to justify your campaign is working as the way you want or not. If not, then time to change it its design, goal or demography.
